As our Business Initiatives & Project Administrator, your scope will be intentionally broad and dynamic.One month you might be coordinating an office relocation and managing logistics; the next, youll be researching and vetting AI vendors to upgrade our operations, or helping lead a company banking transition. If you are a natural problem-solver who takes complete ownership of your work without needing constant direction, this role was built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution: Build project plans, timelines, and accountability structures. Keep initiatives moving forward across multiple departments, proactively identifying and clearing roadblocks.Strategic Initiatives: Support company growth by leading critical projects, including office expansions, AI tool implementation, banking/financial operational transitions, and software evaluations.Vendor & Solution Management: Research, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors, consultants, and tech partners. Gather proposals, compare solutions, and manage deliverables.Operational Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and implement scalable systems that increase company-wide efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.Communication & Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between executive leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
