You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and drive innovation from concept through commercialization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale technical programs across multiple sitesOversee program performance, including technical, financial, and schedule metricsDefine and align technical and product roadmaps with business objectivesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with strategic customersManage risk and implement mitigation strategiesGuide teams in developing and transitioning advanced technologies to productionMentor team members and support capability developmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field10+ years of experience managing technical programs in aerospace or advanced technology domainsProven experience delivering products from concept to productionExperience working with government or regulated industry programsPreferred QualificationsPhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldExperience leading global, cross-functional engineering teamsStrong background in advanced materials, thermal systems, or life support technologiesExperience in research, patents, or technology commercializationExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCompensationEstimated annual salary range: USD $173,000 – $216,000Additional incentive plans may apply.
