Associate Private Wealth Advisor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Associate Private Wealth Advisor (APWA) to join our team. This is a key client-facing role that partners closely with senior advisors to deliver a high-quality, comprehensive financial planning experience.The APWA supports both clients and advisory team members through onboarding, financial planning, and ongoing service—ensuring seamless execution and proactive communication. This position is ideal for an experienced financial professional who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior advisors to understand and implement recommendations from client review meetingsLead and manage a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience for new clientsServe as a primary point of contact for clients between scheduled review meetingsDevelop, review, present, and implement comprehensive financial plansContribute across core planning areas, including cash flow, debt management, retirement, estate review, and insuranceCoordinate implementation of planning strategies by working with internal planning, operations, and portfolio teamsManage an assigned client base and proactively identify evolving financial needsPrepare client meeting materials, financial models, investment proposals, and presentationsMaintain accurate client records, documentation, and action tracking within CRM systemsEnsure quality control of client deliverables and identify opportunities for process improvementParticipate in client meetings in an advisory capacity and contribute to decision-making discussionsCollaborate with team members and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and projectsQualifications & Requirements5–10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or investmentsActive Series 7 and Series 63 licensesCurrent Life & Health insurance license (resident state)Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and experience with planning softwareAdvanced analytical, technical, and organizational skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and modern productivity tools (including emerging AI technologies)Ability to pass FINRA background screening (including criminal, credit, and education checks)Authorized to work in the United StatesWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive, self-motivated professional who takes ownership of client relationshipsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional client serviceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a high-performing teamComfort leveraging AI and technology tools to enhance efficiency, improve client experience, and support financial planning workflowsWork EnvironmentPrimarily office-based role with frequent computer useRegular interaction with clients and team membersAbility to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
