Resident Aide Supervisor

Job Summary Assisted Living Facility looking to hire a full time resident aide supervisor for our memory care unit. Duties include: supervision of staff, medication administration, occasional personal care, treatments, charting, etc, overall supervision of the unit. Duties _ Conduct /manage staff training - Monitor and record vital signs of residents - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents - Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for residents Skills - Knowledge of systems related to group home or long-term care settings - Ability to provide direct support and assistance to residents as needed - Strong communication and supervisory skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.65 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Rotating weekends Work Location: In person
