Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business development and managing client relationships to support PakLab’s growth objectives. This role identifies opportunities, develops proposals, negotiates contracts, and ensures customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Sales Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients and plays a key role in expanding PakLab’s presence in the contract manufacturing and packaging industry.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated success in generating new business versus account management.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and emerging industry trends.Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report progress to management.Represent PakLab at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as required.Provide input on customer needs, competitive trends, and market opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.Support customer onboarding and maintain communication throughout project lifecycle.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and secure new business.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of contract manufacturing, packaging, cosmetics, or CPG industries preferred.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.3–5 years of proven sales experience in B2B industries, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts.Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWork performed in both office and client-facing environments.Frequent travel required (up to 50%).Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends to meet customer and business needs.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Frequent travel for client meetings, trade shows, or business development activities.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Pay Range$125k plus bonusEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementUniversal Packaging Systems, Inc.
