Software Engineer

Job: Software Engineer Location: Miami, FL(Onsite) Interview: In-Person *Requirements and Experience Needed:* Experience with Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (formerly EnerGov) software and solution development/configuration, including configuration of Land Management, Case Management, Licensing, Enforcement, and Civic Access Portal. Experience with programming and systems analysis. Experience with Workflow, business process steps and actions, including output actions, Automatic Logic (IO), and fee configuration. Experience with SQL (creating, troubleshooting views, functions, and stored procedures). Experience with database triggers and data transformation. Experience with report writing (SSRS and Power BI). Experience with business analysis to translate into Workflow actions. Experience providing technical training to in-house developers on the use and configuration of modules being configured. Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills – Attention to detail, proficiency in written/verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including county analysts and vendors. Prior work in government agencies or organizations managing or implementing large-scale vendor solutions. This position requires on-site work in Miami, FL to collaborate with County and vendor teams for successful project execution. *MINIMUM EDUCATION s EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* Prior work in government agencies or organizations managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations preferred.
