This is a hands-on functional role responsible for driving Finance system enhancements from design through go-live and post-production support.You will partner closely with Finance stakeholders and play a critical role in configuration, testing, and deployment across key Workday Financials modules within a healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, with a focus on:Core FinancialsCash ManagementFixed AssetsTranslate business requirements into functional designs and system configurationsExecute and support testing efforts, including:Test script developmentUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Defect tracking and resolutionManage system enhancements and changes from initiation through deploymentCollaborate closely with Finance leadership and stakeholders to deliver effective solutionsSupport reporting, documentation, and end-user trainingCore Skills & ExpertiseWorkday Financials experience across:General LedgerCash ManagementAccounts PayableCustomer AccountsFixed AssetsProven experience with full lifecycle Workday implementationsStrong foundation in accounting principles and financial processesHands-on experience with UAT, test scripts, and defect resolutionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications4+ years of experience implementing Workday FinancialsWorkday Financials Certification(s) preferredDemonstrated ability to lead or contribute to end-to-end implementationsStrong functional expertise (beyond technical configuration)Experience working directly with business stakeholdersPrior experience in healthcare or a similar regulated industry preferredEnvironmentLarge-scale Workday implementation within a healthcare organizationHighly collaborative, stakeholder-driven environmentEmphasis on both delivery and post-go-live support
