WORKED PER WEEK: 40+ROLE PURPOSE: At Mor Furniture, our Sales Associates and Showroom Managers create welcoming, comfortable experiences that help customers feel confident in their purchase decisions. This role is responsible for delivering friendly, solution-oriented service by understanding each customer's needs and guiding them through products, financing, and design options to bring their space together.Team members in this role are knowledgeable about our products and take pride in helping customers explore features, styles, and value options - from good to better to best.
