Start with one module (e.g., underwriting, investor management, or distributions), prove value quickly, then expand. If you want real ownership, real upside, and a front-row seat to the next wave of Proptech, you’ll fit right in.The RoleOwn a greenfield patch and close six- and seven-figure deals ($100K+ ACV) by landing with a module and expanding across the platform with senior leaders in investment, operations, and fund accounting.·      Hunt: Drive the full cycle—prospect to close—and win against entrenched incumbents.·      Sell modular: Target firms of any size—prioritize real complexity + budget; diagnose gaps, land a module, then expand.·      Build the motion: High autonomy, high standards. You’ll create the rhythm and the playbook as you go.Day to Day, You Will·      Prospect hard, run crisp discovery, and close net-new accounts by pinpointing process gaps and landing the right module first.·      Multi-thread deals with C-level stakeholders across Investment, Finance, Legal, and IT.·      Build territory plans that prioritize messy workflows, multi-entity complexity, and high-stakes reporting requirements.·      Run MEDDPICC with discipline: forecast cleanly, surface risk early, and keep deals moving.·      Feed the loop: bring field intel to product and marketing (objections, competitors, and what actually lands).You’re a Fit If (Non-Negotiables)·      10+ years selling enterprise software with consistent, provable quota attainment.·      New-logo hunter: You’ve carried $1.5M+ quotas and most of your number came from net-new bookings.·      Process matters: You run a real sales methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and can show it.·      Executive-ready: You’re credible with COOs, CFOs, Managing Directors, and board-level stakeholders.·      Startup built: You thrive with ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership without waiting for permission.Bonus Points·      Proptech/Fintech fluency: You’ve sold into fund/asset management buyers and speak their language.·      Complex procurement: You’ve navigated legal, security, and multi-stakeholder sign-off without losing momentum.·      ROI seller: You sell outcomes (less reconciliation pain, more transparency), not feature tours.What You Get·      Uncapped upside: Strong base + uncapped commission aligned to enterprise ACV.·      Greenfield territory: Real whitespace, no internal account drama.
