Overview As Head of Data & Analytics, you lead a team of analysts and engineers to design scalable analytics solutions that empower informed decisions. You guide platform modernization, including Microsoft Fabric adoption, and reduce technical debt while enforcing data governance and reporting standards. You partner with business units and global teams to translate needs into technical outcomes, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on BI delivery.
