Submits accurate documentation per care center policy. Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate.Communicates significant findings, problems, changes in condition or environment to the clinical manager/physician and other members of the hospice care team. Communicates with the physician regarding the patients' needs and reports changes in the patient's condition; obtains physician orders as required.Performs on-call responsibilities and on-call services to patients/families as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications* Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.* One year of clinical RN experience.* Current CPR certification.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amedisys is an equal opportunity employer.
