The primary focus of this role is to provide environmental services and strategies for midstream pipeline projects, including natural gas, hydrogen, and crude oil. Candidates must have specific experience with FERC Section 7(C) and Third-party EIS documents.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from routing/siting to construction compliance. Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing permit applications. Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies. Collaborate with diverse teams including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts. Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings. Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting. Participate in business development activities and industry conferences. Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting of pipelines. Expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications (optional).Tools And Processes Experience with MS Project, Teams for video meetings, and MS Dynamics for reporting and tracking.
