$18.00 starting wageMonday - Friday: Day HoursWe are seeking Product Service Support Technician to join our dynamic team! This position is responsible for supporting and facilitating the day-to-day care of animals in the assigned facility. Product Service Support Technicians are primarily tasked with preparing, presenting, and maintaining products and services that facilitate animal care and breeding in isolator facility. The person in this role will need to feel passionate about working with animals, enjoy and excel at organization, and support and maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment. We are seeking someone that is hardworking, shows attention to detail, takes initiative, has a teamwork mentality and positive attitude.Responsibilities:Follow standard operating procedures for efficient transfer of materials into and out of animal barrierOperate all equipment in a safe, efficient and careful mannerKeep detailed records on work performedMaintain work area in an organized, clean, and safe conditionOperate washing and sterilizing equipmentReceive and stock incoming supplies, feed, bedding, etcMaintain equipment in a neat and orderly mannerAssemble animal shipping boxes Clean and sanitize work area, storage areas, and animal care areas as assignedMaintain records requiredEuthanize animals as designatedOther duties as assignedAbility to communicate (written and verbally) in EnglishTo be successful in this role, this position requires the Product Service Support Technician brings:Able to perform repetitive tasks efficientlyAbility to follow sterile entry procedures and maintain neat, clean, and safe conditionsAbility to follow detailed proceduresSkills to accurately record, calculate, and maintain detailed recordsAble to work as a team memberEnglish communication - reading, writing and oral
