Adecco is hiring!We're looking for a Production Operator to perform routine, easily learned, and highly repetitive production operations. This role supports simple machine setups, assembly tasks, screening and bagging operations, and quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.Pay Rate: $17/hrSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PMPrimary ResponsibilitiesPerform simple machine setupsAssemble materials from individual components using written or verbal instructionsPerform basic screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operationsUse various hand tools and test equipmentInspect and test work for quality; resolve simple issues or seek assistanceFollow acceptable housekeeping practicesFollow all company practices, policies, and proceduresFollow all established safety regulationsRead and understand technical drawings, work orders, and specificationsClean, prepare, and stage job materials for productionInspect final products to ensure all specifications are metSchedule maintenance and repairs for production equipmentJob RequirementsExperience:Prior production experienceSkills / Requirements:Experience with cabling, harnessing, PCB repair, and SMTBasic reading and math skillsBasic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents, and visual aidsAbility to resolve simple problemsAbility to complete work accurately and on timeStrong attention to detailGeneral knowledge of screening equipment and techniquesBasic knowledge of printing materialsAbility to perform precise measurementsWorking EnvironmentWork is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and good ventilation. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions and may need to wear protective clothing.
