Job Title: Family AdvocateJob Summary: The Family Advocate will work in partnership with parents/ guardians/families to support positive growth in a strength-based family directed manner. This positions will support our CCP sites in Louisville. This position will require frequent travel.Job Qualification: High School diploma/ GED required. Must have at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field within 18 months of hire. Experience working with families and community resources preferred. Good interpersonal/communication skills are highly desirable. Experience with a variety of software applications including but not limited to Microsoft programs and ChildPlus ideal. Compensation: $18.77 - $26.42 Based on Education and Experience.Benefits: State Health Insurance, State Pension, 100% Tuition covered for IECE or ECE degree, $500 sign-on/$500 Retention bonus, paid sick and annual leave
