In this Structural Engineer, PE opportunity, you’ll help ensure critical structural systems meet applicable code and engineering requirements while working on post-frame, pole building, and barndominium projects. The role is based in Dover, DE (onsite preferred), with remote candidates welcome if they can travel onsite once per quarter.Qualifications and responsibilities for the Structural Engineer, PE position include:Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with residential and light commercial structural engineering experienceServe as Engineer of Record for assigned structural engineering projectsReview structural calculations, drawings, and project documentationRedline drawings and provide clear technical feedback for revisionsSign, seal, and stamp engineering plans as requiredProvide final engineering approval for completed plan setsSupport residential, light commercial, and post-frame/pole building structural projectsExperience with footings, slabs, barndominiums, and related structural systems is helpfulSalary: $150K-$165K total compensation, including base, bonuses, and vehicle allowance per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits: Health insurance stipend and vehicle allowance are provided.DAVRON is the leading Headhunter and Executive Search firm for Engineering, Architecture, Construction and Manufacturing professionals nationwide.
