We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the financial services industry. This position is a good fit for self-starters, goal-oriented candidates, and those who are new to the industry. Representatives work with individuals and families to help them better understand their financial options and work toward their short-, mid-, and long-term goals. Our firm takes an educational, needs-based approach and focuses on making financial information easier to understand for people at different stages of life. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role with a flexible schedule. Representatives are able to organize their work hours around their availability while taking an active role in their own professional growth. Responsibilities Meet with clients by phone or virtual appointment. Discuss clients’ current priorities and future financial goals. Educate clients about available financial products and services within the scope of applicable licenses. Complete needs-based assessments and assist with applications. Build strong client relationships by providing responsive, professional support. Maintain accurate client records and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and open to professional growth. Strong communication and client-service skills. Comfortable working independently and interacting with people. Business or sales background is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills and the ability to work remotely. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to meet applicable background and licensing requirements. A license is not required before starting. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state life and health insurance license before conducting licensed business. We provide guidance, training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process. Licensing-related costs may apply and vary by state. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, receive training and mentorship, earn commission-based compensation, and help families gain greater confidence in their financial decisions. Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Location: United States (Required) Work Location: Remote
