We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthtech startup that is looking for a Founding Product Manager to help shape the next phase of growth.They’re building AI-powered products across clinical documentation, billing, insurance claims, and front-desk operations, and have already raised $5M from a leading investor. The business is expanding in the US, with around $500k ARR and 10–15% month-on-month growth.This is a high-ownership role for someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, align stakeholders, and turn complex customer problems into well-executed product decisions.You’ll need:6–10 years’ product management experienceStrong B2B SaaS backgroundExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience writing clear specs and driving projects end-to-endIdeally a mix of big tech and startup experience Confidence operating in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environmentsHealthcare RCM or Healthcare experience is a strong plus Compensation: $190k–$250kLocation: San Francisco - Onsite or HybridThis is a great opportunity for a product leader who wants genuine ownership, direct access to founders, and the chance to build products that solve real operational problems in healthcare.For more information, please send in your resume asap
