The Role: You will be the liaison between clients and internal agency departments, managing deliverables and deadlines. Working closely with the Project Management team, you will align with client processes and timelines. What you will be responsible for: Understanding and operating within established client and agency processes Partnering with PM to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgets Owning and generating internal trackers and client reports with oversight Supporting account team from creative brief development through final output Preparing concise and accurate status and contact reprts, and outline decisions made on next steps, key dates, and deliverables Aligning day-to-day project tasks with timelines, budget, and quality standards Assisting with reviewing projects for consistency with creative brief and client direction Providing prompts, well-thought-out responses to project requests and follow up questions Collaborating with cross-functional team daily to improve efficiency in status meetings Participating in the written tactical plan development as opportunities arise Developing and maintains positive professional relationships with internal agency members Engaging with clients on tactical initiatives with support from manager Developing in-depth knowledge of assigned categories and stay up to date on relevant brand/category information What you’ll bring to the table: Excellent communication skills Detail oriented Able to collaborate with others A passion for problem-solving Ideally, you’ll have 1+ years’ experience working in an agency environment. Salary $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
