The role focuses on patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers to achieve functional outcomes.This is a quick-start contract assignment, ideal for PTs with outpatient or hospital experience looking to contribute in a collaborative healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities:Perform patient evaluations and assessments.Determine functional and attainable therapy goals.Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies.Maintain accurate records in EPIC EMR.Uphold ethical, legal, and professional accountability.Other duties as assigned by the department. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.Experience: Minimum 3 years of PT experience; outpatient or hospital experience preferred.Licensing: Current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license in good standing.Certifications: Current BLS credential or obtain within 60 days of hire.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills, including empathy and professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficient with computers and electronic medical records.
