Electronics Technician

*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrate, lighting and other electronic components into custom sculptural pieces, custom furniture and vehicles. Your expertise will ensure the optimal performance of electrical and electronic components, supporting our commitment to delivering reliable finished pieces. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a passion for technical excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to innovative projects. *Responsibilities* * Coordinating with our whole team. From our designers and craftspeople to our carpenters, scenic painters and metal workers. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting manuals to accurately identify issues. * Perform maintenance, repair, and testing of electronic equipment including circuit boards, wiring, connectors, and control systems. * Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to repair or replace damaged components on electronic devices. * Diagnose issues related to AC/DC electrical systems, low voltage circuits, and computer hardware interfacing with electronic systems. *Skills* * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters for electrical troubleshooting. * Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately. * Must have experience with electrical equipment repair including soldering, circuit board repair, and component replacement. * Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems along with low voltage wiring practices. * Familiarity with electronic systems troubleshooting within diverse environments such as manufacturing or field service settings. * Ability to perform maintenance tasks on complex electronic devices while adhering to safety protocols. * Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. * Must be able to solder.
