Forklift Operator/Material Handler: 2nd Shift

Job Description Shift time: 2pm-10:30pmRate: $20/hr with a $2/hr shift differentialJob SummaryResponsible for moving products around the warehouse where needed. Drive forklift in a safemanner following all safety protocols. Prepare pallets for shipping and place in treated inventoryaccordingly. Will assist with shipping/receiving and bottle packer duties when needed.Essential Job Functions Loading/unloading of trailer (manually & by forklift) if needed Ensure all Incoming and outgoing shipping documents are correct following the shipping andreceiving procedures Receive product and place in proper warehouse location Perform daily forklift inspections and fill out inspection form Moving material in a safe manner avoiding damage of customer product Ensuring production has the correct material when delivering untreated product to be loadedinto processing containers for treatment Backing up the shipper/receiver and assisting bottle packers when needed Follow all housekeeping protocols Physically able to manually log stack drums on shipping trailers Ability and certification to drive a forklift Required to follow all safety, environmental and quality programs Required to follow all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by Management/Shift Operator Required to document and report all non-conformances immediatelyEducational And Skills Requirements High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years jobRelated Experience And/or Training Preferred Must have good, safe forklift skills Must be able to speak, read, write, count, understand and follow instructions in English.
