Position:Microsoft Channel Manager - EastJob Description:What You'll Be Doing:Partner Practice Development & EnablementAct as the primary Microsoft channel operator for a defined set of partners and regionsHelp partners build and scale Microsoft practices, including:Solution focus and differentiationSales plays and offer packagingTechnical readiness and certificationsMarketplace and co-sell readinessEnable partner sales and technical teams through:Sales plays, GTM workshops, and field enablement sessionsMicrosoft solution positioning and value articulationDeal qualification and pipeline hygiene best practicesGo-To-Market ExecutionDesign and execute joint GTM motions with partners and Microsoft, including:Campaigns, events, and account-based motionsAzure consumption growth initiativesMarketplace-led and incentive-aligned motionsManage and activate Microsoft and Arrow marketing programs, including:MDF planning, execution, and ROI trackingField events, webinars, and partner-led campaignsRevenue & Pipeline GrowthDrive new pipeline creation and revenue growth by:Identifying under-penetrated partner and customer accountsAligning partner offerings to Microsoft priorities and incentivesSupporting deal progression from qualification through closePartner closely with Microsoft field sellers to:Align on accounts and workloadsSupport co-sell motions and opportunity visibilityEnsure Arrow and partner value is clear in every dealCross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate internal Arrow resources across:Cloud salesTechnical enablementMarketingMarketplace and operationsServe as the quarterback for partner success—driving cadence, accountability, and executionWhat We’re Looking For:Core Experience6+ years in channel sales, partner management, or ecosystem rolesProven experience selling with and through partnersStrong background in Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure, Modern Work, Security, or Business ApplicationsDemonstrated success driving pipeline, consumption, and revenue, not just activityOperator SkillsetStrong consultative selling and problem-solving mindsetExperience enabling both sales and technical audiencesComfortable navigating complex partner ecosystemsProcess-oriented with strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracyAble to translate strategy into repeatable, scalable executionPersonal AttributesSelf-starter with high ownership mentalityCoachable and collaborativeGritty, resilient, and execution-focusedAnalytical thinker with strong business judgmentTeam-oriented leader who builds trust across organizationsExperience / EducationBachelor’s degree preferredEquivalent relevant experience consideredMicrosoft partner ecosystem experience strongly preferredWork Arrangement:Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.What’s In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
