Civil Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer (Land Development)Western suburb, Greater Chicago Area (Hybrid – 1 day remote/week)~10% Travel to Project SitesCompensation: $90,000 to 130,000 + bonusBenefits include; medical, dental, vision, 401k matchAbout The OpportunityOur client is seeking a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to support a growing portfolio of industrial land development projects across the United States. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of development—from due diligence and site planning through construction support—within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate due diligence efforts including review of title, surveys, and site constraintsDevelop preliminary site plans, grading concepts, and utility layoutsPrepare lease exhibits and support real estate documentationCollaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants to advance project designAssist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimating (quantity takeoffs)Manage and coordinate third-party consultants across multiple projectsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license is a plus, not required)5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land/site developmentStrong understanding of real estate and development documents (surveys, easements, permits, etc.)Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft OfficeKey SkillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Highly organized with the ability to manage competing prioritiesDetail-oriented with a problem-solving mindsetCollaborative and team-focused approachWhat's OfferedHybrid work schedule (1 remote day per week)Opportunity to work on diverse, large-scale industrial developments nationwideCareer growth within a dynamic and expanding organizationExposure to cross-functional teams and high-impact projectsIf interested, please apply today.Rachel StewartLaSalle NetworkLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.LaSalle Network is the leading provider of direct hire and temporary staffing services.
