Production Associate - 2nd & 3rd Shift

SummaryThe Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing lay-up, material handling, inspection, and documentation activities. This role works across multiple production areas to ensure product quality, accurate material tracking, and safe, efficient workflow.Essential FunctionsPerform lay-up of prepreg materials to build laminate products. Operate production equipment including sheeters, drills, press support equipment, and material handling tools. Inspect materials and perform basic measurements and testing as required. Maintain material traceability and complete production documentation. Enter production data into Oracle and label, bag, and stage materials. Clean equipment, clean rooms, and work areas per manufacturing procedures. Support press, setup, breakdown, and quality operations as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written instructions and work in a team environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is requiredSAFETY REQUIREMENTSManufacturing environment with varying temperatures. Overtime, including weekends or extended shifts, may be required based on business needs.
