Account Executive
Locations: Multiple locations- Seattle, WA, Houston, TX, Bay area and Atlanta, GAJob Summary:We are seeking a driven Account Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver tailored workforce and project-based solutions. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and partnering with internal teams to execute high-impact hiring and delivery strategies.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referralsManage and expand existing accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makersSell staffing solutions, managed services, and project-based (SOW) engagements across technical and professional domainsPartner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful talent placement and project executionLead client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to align services with business needsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retentionSupport contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal closureTrack and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecastsMentor junior team members and contribute to training initiatives as neededQualifications:Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or staffing/services salesDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targetsExperience selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizationsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional teams (recruiting, delivery, operations)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredPreferred Skills:Experience with IT staffing, engineering, or professional services salesExposure to managed services or SOW-based engagementsBackground in training, mentoring, or team leadershipStrong business development and closing skillsAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
