This role is responsible for servicing client accounts, processing policy documentation, and supporting day to day insurance operations. This position works with a variety of aviation clients and plays a key role in ensuring accurate policy handling and a high level of client service. While aviation experience is not required, candidates must have a basic foundation in property and casualty insurance and prior experience in an insurance servicing environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients with policy servicing needs, including applications, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiriesReview new and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and completenessProcess and manage insurance documentation, including ACORD formsMaintain accurate and up to date client records within the agency management systemDocument all client interactions and activities within internal systemsCommunicate with clients, carriers, and internal partners via phone and emailAssist with renewal processing and collection of required underwriting informationEnsure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulationsCollaborate with team members to support efficient and accurate account servicingRequirementsPrevious experience in an insurance servicing, customer service, or call center role within the insurance industry requiredHands on experience working with ACORD forms is mandatoryWorking knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and terminologyExperience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accuratelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience supporting policy servicing, endorsements, or renewals is preferredEducation and LicensesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredIf not currently licensed, ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire required (this would be paid for by Acrisure)Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.Why Join Us:At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
