Nursing Assistant (Staff) Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Linwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Shifts Available: • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Full Time Linwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated and compassionate care team. We are seeking individuals who are committed to providing excellent care and want to be part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.) • Support resident mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation • Provide assistance with nutrition and hydration, including meal service and feeding as needed • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas • Respond promptly to resident call lights • Complete daily documentation of care provided • Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times Requirements • Active CNA license (required) • Compassionate, dependable, and team‑focused • Ability to follow care plans and facility policies Additional Information Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
