Job title: Systems Analyst (Snowflake & Python)Location: Austin, TX Duration: Long TermResponsibilitiesUnderstands business objectives and identifies operational problems and opportunities for improvement. Evaluates alternative solutions and performs feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. Analyzes user requirements, business procedures, and system workflows to automate processes or enhance existing computer systems. Collaborates with personnel across organizational units to review current operational procedures and identify issues. Gathers and documents input/output requirements, including Data input methods, Data summarization requirements, Report formatting and output expectations Prepares detailed documentation of user needs, program functionality, and development/modification requirements. Defines the steps required to develop, enhance, or modify computer programs and systems. Reviews system capabilities, technical specifications, and scheduling constraints to assess feasibility of requested changes. Determines whether proposed system enhancements or program modifications can be implemented within existing infrastructure.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of required experience in Python development.Preferred 4 years of experience developing automated data exchange solutions with external partners.Preferred 2 years of experience working with Snowflake database development.Preferred 2 years of experience building and implementing Snowpipe-based solutions.Preferred 2 years of experience creating and managing Snowflake User Defined Functions (UDFs).Preferred 1 year of experience developing Snowflake solutions with custom user interfaces.
