This role is ideal for someone who may not have done every part of the job before, but who is proactive, learns quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping teams operate at a high level.What you’ll do:Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to create a strong, thoughtful candidate experience from first touch through offer stageOwn interview logistics including scheduling, candidate communication, interviewer prep, and onsite coordinationHelp maintain recruiting systems and processes, ensuring data stays organized and up to dateWork with the onboarding team to support new hire onboarding logistics for folks starting in the Portland officeHelp run day-to-day office operations for our Portland office, including vendor coordination, office organization, supplies, snacks, events, and general workplace supportIdentify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and help the team scale efficientlyJump into startup problems as they arise — whether that’s coordinating an interview loop, troubleshooting an office issue, or helping prepare for a company eventYou would be an excellent candidate if you:Are highly organized and naturally detail-orientedCommunicate clearly, professionally, and warmlyStay calm under pressure and can manage multiple moving pieces at onceTake ownership instead of waiting to be told what to doEnjoy being in-office and helping create a welcoming, well-run environmentLike owning in-office celebrations and fun timesAre resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independentlyCare deeply about candidate and employee experienceWant to be part of building something, not just maintaining itExtra credit if you:Have experience in large-scale coordination involving multiple calendars and variablesHave worked in an environment that necessitated “filling in the gaps” as you saw them happeningHave experience with tools like Ashby, Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom (or similar tools)Enjoy process improvement and operational problem-solvingHave helped coordinate office events, onboarding, or workplace operations beforeLocation RequirementThis role is based in Portland, OR and requires working from the office 4 days per week.ConductorOne, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
