Job Description Electrical AssemblerLocation: Pasadena, TXPay: $18.00–$22.00/hour DOESchedule: Full-Time | Overtime may be requiredJob OverviewWe are seeking Electrical Assemblers for a growing electrical manufacturing company in Pasadena, TX. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, panel building, or mechanical assembly experience. The Electrical Assembler will support the production of custom power distribution equipment, including switch racks, skids, tap boxes, panelboards, switchboards, and electrical enclosures.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical components, panels, switchboards, skids, and related power distribution equipmentRead and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and bills of materialPerform wiring, routing, crimping, terminating, and labeling of electrical componentsUse hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, drills, grinders, and other shop toolsInstall electrical and mechanical components into enclosures and assembliesBuild conduit, wire harnesses, control panels, or related electrical assemblies as requiredInspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting and rework when neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow company safety procedures and production standardsQualificationsPrevious electrical assembly, panel wiring, control panel, switchgear, or mechanical assembly experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructionsExperience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or shop environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyMechanical aptitude and ability to work with electrical componentsAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work in a hands-on production environmentForklift, overhead crane, or manufacturing experience is a plusMust be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a teamPreferred ExperienceElectrical panel buildingSwitchgear, switchboard, or power distribution assemblyWire harness assemblyConduit building or routingSchematic or blueprint readingUL 508A, UL 891, or electrical manufacturing environmentIndustrial electrical, commercial electrical, or apprentice electrician background
