Support manufacturing regarding filling/stocking component inventory and SAP transactions as needed. Maintain warehouse to assure efficient logistics. Responsible for and oversees receiving all incoming packages, shipping all products and performing periodic cycle countsArea of Responsibility:Support all material requirements by different functional groups and customersPick, pack, and ship orders on a daily basis using SAP system to support customer requirements as well as meet company cost objectivesCreate required paperwork and ship product to internal and external partnersStock and stage warehouse for delivery of incoming materials using SAP systemIssue requested material and components to manufacturing and packagingAssist Material department as required in the expediting and rescheduling of material to meet or exceed company goals and objectivesPerform periodic counts on finished goods inventory and work to resolve any inventory discrepanciesReceive and log into SAP all incoming materials/product/deliveriesExecutes Good Receipts transactions for goods and services in SAPPerforms data entry or paperwork to record inventory levels or shipping/receiving activityDistribute incoming materials to the appropriate department as requiredFollow ISO, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) proceduresMaintain accurate records of Finished and Raw Material InventoryPackage product for shippingPublish Finished Goods Inventory reportsAssist with loading or unloading materials/packagesOperate forklift and other equipment with strong attentiveness to safety requirementsPerform warehouse housekeeping duties of designated areasFill/stock production material for manufacturing as requiredOther duties as assignedWork Conditions:Shipping areaOffice environment:Hot and cold environment, exposure to outdoor elementsExposure to noiseExposure to radiation, chemicals and hazardous materialsWears safety shoes, back belt, gloves, safety glassesPhysical Requirements:Good physical stamina required in order to meet the physical requirements of the positionStand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, lift, bend, stretch, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, smellClose, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to focusOperate truck, forklift, scales, computer, office machines, hand truck, hand jackLift up to 50 lbsQualifications:High School diploma, GED or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of related experience.Experience performing physical inventories and cycle configuration Experience with SAP systemBasic computer skillsMS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint experienceAbility to use a motorized fork truck / electric pallet jackCurrent Driver's License and good driving record requiredExhibit a high level of integrity and honestyBasic reading, writing and math skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently as well as with a teamAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbsAbout ProStaff Workforce SolutionsWe are a fast growing and successful agency that treats all its clients and candidates with a personal touch.
