Drug Collection Technician
Job Summary
This is a part-time position. Days and time will vary weekly. Several of our collection sights are University of Tennessee, Gulf and Railway, and Bechtel. Days and vary every week.
This is a 1099/Independent contractor position. You must have a passport to quilify.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Drug Collection Technician to join our dynamic collection team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and managing biological specimens with precision and care. Your will support accurate laboratory testing, ensuring reliable results that contribute to donors' care and research initiatives. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. No experience is necessary. We will train you to receive a collection certificate.
Responsibilities
Perform urine specimen collection.
Process and prepare biological samples for testing, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and documentation according to laboratory procedures.
**Observed urine collection**
Follow strict aseptic techniques during all procedures to prevent contamination or infection risks.
Maintain detailed records of specimen collection activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Must be discreet. Collection may be sport figures. No requesting for autographs, pictures and personal conversations.
Requirements
Certification and training on urine collection.
No experience necessary.
