Project Manager – Healthcare IT

Position Summary
We are seeking a results-drivenProject Managerwith experience inhealthcare IT or payer/provider systems. This role will manage project timelines, communicate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client success in a remote-first environment. Candidates must be open totraveling once a monthto the client site .
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams.
Manage sprint planning, status reporting, risk management, and change control.
Facilitate team stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
Document project requirements, define scope, and track deliverables.
Partner with technical leads, QA, and business analysts to meet project goals.
Prepare client-facing reports and present updates to executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
At least2–3 years in healthcare(payer, provider, or health tech).
Strong understanding of HIPAA, EHR systems, or health claims processing.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and/or other PM tools.
Ability to travel to client site once a month.
