Assembler (Carpenter/Framer)

*CDR ProSource* is hiring *Assemblers *to assist with the production and assembly of wooden trusses in *Rapid City, SD 57703*. This is a physically demanding position that requires standing for extended periods and handling large pieces of lumber. *Job Details* Location: Rapid City, SD 57703 Pay Rate: $21/hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Schedule: Monday–Friday Overtime: Voluntary Saturday shifts available; approximately 45 hours per week *Key Responsibilities* * Stand and work throughout the entire shift. * Lift and place lumber, including pieces up to 2" x 10" x 20', into a jig. * Hammer and secure truss plates. * Manually stack completed trusses on the ground. * Follow all safety procedures and production standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. *Qualifications* * Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Ability to lift and handle large pieces of lumber. * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. * Previous construction, manufacturing, assembly, or lumber experience is a plus.
