Role Description We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our on-site dining establishment in Ways Corner, DE. The Restaurant Manager will manage day-to-day activities, including staff supervision, scheduling, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring budgets, collaborating with the kitchen team, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and team management skillsExperience in staff scheduling, training, and performance managementUnderstanding of inventory management and budget monitoringCustomer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilitiesKnowledge and compliance of health, safety, and food service regulationsProficiency in using restaurant management software and toolsPrevious experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or GED required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
