If you are passionate about healthcare management and committed to team success, we encourage you to apply.Duties and Responsibilities:Create a positive work environment that aligns with the company's mission and vision, enhancing team morale and retention.Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies; collaborate with Human Resources as needed.Assist in developing and implementing the center's fiscal budget and strategic plans, including marketing for referrals.Foster strong relationships with physicians and payers; oversee clinical specialty programs as required.Ensure profitability by interpreting financial statements and developing strategic plans for improvement.Supervise Aide staff to deliver high-quality customer service and patient scheduling.Maintain efficient caseload management and oversee staff training in clinical programs.Conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.Participate in monthly staff meetings and ensure clinic cleanliness and professionalism.Ensure adherence to state Practice Act and provide thorough documentation of patient care.Maintain open communication with team members, patients, and third-party payers.Stay current with continuing education requirements and healthcare industry changes.Qualifications:Graduate of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy programs in the USGraduates from non-CAPTE programs with equivalent education are welcome to applyCurrent licensure/registration as a physical therapistAt least one year of experience in healthcare management is highly preferredValid CPR certificationStrong organizational time management, and communication skillsLeadership skills to effectively supervise assistants and aidesProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel)Commitment to professional development and compliance with healthcare regulations
