The successful candidate will be the face of the organization, serving as a visible and vocal leader both within the hospital and in the broader community. This role is pivotal in defining and leading the future vision for the hospital, with a strong focus on enhancing the organization's reputation as a premier patient-centered facility. The Market President will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of the hospital, ensuring it operates at maximum efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include advocating for the hospital and system, leading with integrity, and being accountable for the hospital's performance in a highly competitive market.Applicants for the Market President position must have a graduate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting. A track record of success in service line growth, program development, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have superb physician relationship skills, be a collaborative and visible leader, and have a strong commitment to community involvement. The role requires a leader with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can effectively represent the organization in various settings and develop strong relationships with the Board and other stakeholders.Travel Percent
