Production WorkerWe are seeking dedicated and skilled production workers to join our team, working on packaging lines and machinery. You will be involved in various aspects of the production process, ensuring the smooth operation and quality of our products.ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage packaging lines and machinery.Work on dip or dressing lines for product packaging.Package lids, bowls, bottles, and finished goods.Inspect products for quality assurance.Ensure continuous product flow on lines.Check labels for accuracy.Address and resolve line jams.Assist with changeovers and different product lines.Monitor packaging and filling lines effectively.Lift boxes onto pallets and wrap pallets securely.Comfortably use computers for verifying and printing orders.Operate highly automated machinery using EPJS and RF Scanners.Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Essential Skills2-3 years of Packaging Line experience.2+ years of Manufacturing Experience.Proficiency in staging and packaging.Ability to perform inspections.Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in foods or chemical industries preferred.Steel-toed boots required.General production and labor skills.Machine operating experience of 2+ years.Strong computer skills.Why Work Here?Join a highly profitable and continually busy company that offers opportunities for advancement into senior operator and lead roles.
