Role Description We are seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, develop strategies for growth, and ensure efficient business performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing processes, budgeting, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a part-time on-site role located in Mendocino, CA. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in supervision, training, and performance evaluation.Proficiency in business operations, strategic planning, and process optimization.Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.Proficiency with business software and tools, including project management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.Relevant leadership experience in a management or administrative role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
