Their overall focus is delivering exceptional customer service and resident retention. In this role, the RS Field Agents will engage and connect with all residents they encounter, offering immediate service to their needs. Additionally, agents will perform routine duties to uphold the standards of our community and the expectations of our residents. Operating in Zones, the RS Field Agents support in shaping our community through connection, service, and commitment.RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Ensure dedicated community zone meets all requirements daily and assist residents with, and not limited to, the following:Tower & Townhome block inspections completed to ensure presentation is up to standard and RS presence is feltWork with residents on inquiries all inquiries and concerns as a partner in resolutionAssist with rentable item registration and viewingsAssist with pet & bike registrationRespond to nuisance reports (during daylight hours only)CFL registration & assistanceMaintenance inquiries and follow upReasonable accommodationsLockout inquiriesFob programming and troubleshootingFootage requestsWork with Lifestyle Coordinators to enhance move-in experience & elevator reservationsAssist in booking and managing clubhouse & meadow reservationsInitiate renewal conversations and process NTV'sComplete zone checklist daily (property cleanliness, patio audits, common space audits, etc).Maintain personal and resident services email inbox.Use Reva & Yardi to correspond and document all communication with residents, maintaining data integrityBe adaptable to changes in process as project requires.Thorough understanding of the property, e vents and programming, and the "Vision" of Parkmerced.All documents must be properly stored in the resident's electronic file, Reva, Yardi and/or in Box.Memos must be submitted for every resident interaction and the In-Process Memo Report is to be cleared out daily.Ensure personal and common areas in the RS Office & tower stations are organized at all times.To complete monthly audits as directly by Management.Performs other duties as assigned by management.J-18808-Ljbffr
