Our marketing department has grown quickly, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead it through the next chapter. If you are someone who takes ownership seriously, knows how to lead a team, and can run paid media campaigns without someone looking over your shoulder, we would love to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms, driving brand visibility and market penetration.Lead and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.Manage social media advertising initiatives, creating compelling campaigns that engage our target audience and amplify our brand message.Drive the development and growth of referral channels, establishing strong networks and partnerships to expand our market reach.Coordinate and oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, public relations, and digital marketing efforts, in alignment with direction from the Director of Marketing.Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively within parameters set by the Director of Marketing.Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing, incorporating innovative tools and practices into our marketing efforts.Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, and serving as the primary day-to-day manager for creative, content, and staff.Qualifications:Proven ability to manage and develop a marketing team.Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns independently.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Clear communicator who can work across departments and keep leadership informed without being asked.Self-directed and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.Experience with marketing attribution tools is a plus.Background in lead generation or direct response marketing is a strong advantage.Education, Experience, and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3 to 5 years of marketing experience with at least 1 to 2 years in a management or team lead role.Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.Familiarity with SEO best practices and working alongside SEO partners or agencies.Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.Understanding of the full digital lead generation funnel from awareness through conversion.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceExperience:Management: 3 years (Required)Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:Jacksonville, FL 32216: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jacksonville, FL 32216
