We recognize our employees are our greatest strength, and we reward them with great benefits.Paid Time Off, holidays and leave options to balance work and personal life.Comprehensive health insurance provided through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), including employer paid allowance100% Employer paid dental and vision plans to meet you and your family’s healthcare needs$25,000 basic life insurance paid by employerVoluntary life, disability and other insurance plans to complement your lifestyle.403(b) savings plan, with company match 50% of employee deferral up to 6%Access to employee assistance programOpportunities for training, education assistance and professional growthWhat You’ll Do And Why It MattersThe Community Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting ARC Voyagers’ community-based Adult Day Program by helping create engaging, person-centered experiences that promote independence, community connection, and meaningful outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Leading Meaningful Programs: You’ll help oversee daily operations and programming within the ASPIRE Adult Day Program to ensure individuals receive engaging, high-quality services.Empowering Individuals: You’ll support individuals in achieving personal goals, building independence, and developing stronger connections within their communities.Supporting Person-Centered Services: You’ll help ensure services align with each individual’s ISP outcomes, interests, and long-term goals.Coaching & Mentoring Team Members: You’ll provide guidance, support, and training to DSPs and team members to help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.Problem Solving & Leadership: You’ll assist with scheduling, program coordination, incident response, and day-to-day operational support while helping maintain smooth program operations.Building Community Connections: You’ll participate in networking opportunities and collaborative initiatives that expand community engagement and program visibility.Ensuring Quality & Compliance: You’ll help maintain compliance with DODD, CMS, OOD, and CARF standards while supporting health, safety, and quality service expectations.Making a Lasting Impact: Every day, you’ll help create opportunities for inclusion, self-advocacy, and meaningful experiences for the individuals we serve.What Makes You a Great FitBachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience consideredExperience in the developmental disabilities field with leadership or program coordination experience preferredStrong communicator with the ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams and community partnersCreative thinker and problem-solver who can adapt quickly and work independentlyPassionate about person-centered services, community inclusion, and supporting othersComfortable using technology including Microsoft Office products and related systemsProfessional, organized, and committed to delivering quality servicesAbility to build strong relationships and maintain confidentiality with professionalism and integrityRequirementsMust submit to a BCII/FBI background check and Nurses Aid & Abuser Registry checks.Maintain American Red Cross or equivalent first aid and CPR certification.Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License and insurability standards.Complete eight hours of training as required by The Ohio Department of Developmental upon hire.Must pass a physical and drug screenWhy ARC Voyagers?ARC Voyagers is a mission-driven nonprofit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Central Ohio.
