Group Leader - Microbiology Sampling

Perform environmental monitoring - water sampling, gas sampling. Build master data for and implement LIMS EM module. Assist in creation of facility master sampling plan. Coordinate sampling with internal team/shipping of samples to contract laboratory for testing. Entering data from testing lab into LIMS. Performs peer review of data. Assists in coordinating equipment maintenance and calibration. Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner. Supports and monitors team of direct reports. May participate in new hire interviews. Supports the on-boarding process of new employees. Participates in training of other employees. This role is located in Sanford, NC Qualifications. Basic Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or similar, with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or Masters degree in a scientific discipline or similar, with 2-4 years of experience.
