ReceptionistOur facility is currently seeking a part-time weekend receptionist. Come join our team as the facility receptionist at our state-of-the-art, skilled nursing facility. The position represents the facility by providing information, directing inquiries, channeling concerns, and overall management of all incoming communication. The aim is to meet the needs of every person or call coming into the facilityMastery of the facility phone system including answering phone system and direct calls to the proper supervisor or department, take messages, and screen employ calls.Greet visitors, sales people, families, and prospective residents and families. Direct them to the lobby or appropriate supervisor.Assists the facility Business Office Coordinator to perform administrative tasks (filing, receiving payments, directing new applicants/hires)Mastery of the screening system for all team members, vendors, and visitorsOther office duties as assigned.Qualifications:Outgoing person with excellent skills.Desire to learn and help othersMust have a high school diploma or associated degree.Must have general computer skills.Highlandspring is an EOE/M/F/D/V and smoke-free workplaceEqual opportunity employer.
