Your knowledge and expertise will be used to develop, deploy, and leverage cloud infrastructure for supporting a distributed user base; improve build and deployment infrastructure to streamline software development; develop security and access control policies and architectures for critical resources; and much more. You will interact with software developers, operations, software test and regulatory professionals in a dynamic and challenging start-up environment. We seek a candidate with the following skills and experience: • 2+ years of overall technical operations experience • 2+ years of software engineering experience • Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems, networking, architecture, and core web technologies (such as DNS, Routing, TCP/IP, SSH, VPN, and Load Balancing) • Experience managing cloud infrastructure and and access (AWS preferred) • Strong scripting abilities in Bash and Python • Experience with Configuration Management tools (Ansible preferred) • Comfortable with git or similar version control • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tools and best practices • Experience running and maintaining real-world build systems (Jenkins preferred) • Experience with micro services or service-oriented architecture • Team player with excellent communication skills Additional desirable skills and experience include: • Highly developed communication skills (verbal, written & presentation) • C++ programming experience • Exposure to running a large-scale 24/7 production environment • Exposure to Security and Testing frameworks Position open immediately.
