CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENTWORK LOCATION: IRVINE, CARequired qualifications:15+ years of construction field supervision experienceOSHA-30 certification (minimum)SWPPP / BMP field coordination experiencePublic works construction backgroundExperience supervising work on occupied school campuses (or similar occupied-facility experience)Preferred qualifications:K-12 / DSA project field experienceCalifornia GC license (B)ICC certifications (Building, Mechanical, Electrical, or Combination Inspector)Experience with CM Multiple Prime delivery methodKey responsibilities:Manage and supervise construction in the fieldCoordinate construction on occupied school campuses with minimal disruption to students/staffOversee contractor implementation of SWPPP and Best Management PracticesMonitor contractor safety programs — MSDS, IIPP, OSHA compliance, safety meetingsMaintain daily logs (weather, contractor headcount, work accomplished, problems encountered)Coordinate jobwalks, pre-construction meetings, and weekly progress meetingsManage punchlist process during closeout#LI-Onstie
