Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Dayton, TN, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Junior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to optimize processes and ensure efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting process automation, conducting troubleshooting, working with motion and robotics control systems, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on electrical and software systems. Qualifications Skills in Process Control and Process OptimizationKnowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and systemsStrong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with Motion Control and Robotics integrationAbility to interpret and create electrical and control system schematicsFamiliarity with PLC programming and automation technologies is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems EngineeringEffective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
