We have a small team working on this, and the mobile product is currently in beta. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive technical development from beta to a fully developed product. This involves expanding our web editor to include mobile app creation, setting up infrastructure for deploying apps to the iOS and Google Play stores, and developing a React Native runtime that works with Bubble's backend. This is a key initiative for 2025, opening up a new market that will significantly impact our business.In this role you'll:Build our Mobile application builderArchitect deployment pipelines for seamless publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play, integrating with Bubble's existing infrastructure.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across web and mobile.About you:5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, preferably at high-growth startupsExperience with new mobile product and feature development, React Native, iOS, or AndroidExcellent communication skillsAlignment with our values: a desire to empower others, a focus on team and user success over individual achievement, and transparency and willingness to admit mistakes and failuresOur tech stack:Frontend: Typescript, SolidJS, React NativeBackend: Typescript, Node.jsAI/ML: Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), LangChainInfrastructure: AWS, CDK / Terraform, ECS, Redis, PostgresData & AI Workflows: JSON-based app representations, proprietary datasetsCompensation:We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $183,000 to $237,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.Location:For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US. We will provide relocation assistance to those who are interested in moving to the NYC area.We are only open to folks for remote work who are located in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Washington.We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly.
