Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. You will play a key role in supporting rehabilitation goals while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
